Purchasing Coordinator

Contract: permanent contract
From: April 2022
Location: Varberg, Sweden

The position
As a Purchasing Coordinator, and reporting to the Purchase Manager, you will execute purchases of products and components on behalf the company and contribute to the following missions:

PURCHASE COMPONENTS & PRODUCTS
Execute the purchasing strategy
Implement the right processes to track & report key functional metrics to continuously improve quality, reduce costs and increase productivity in purchase
Operate purchases of L;a Bruket’s products and components according to forecasts. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries, and monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Be part of the sourcing process of any new component (support with calculations, price targets, L:a Bruket requested conditions, professional fair and exhibitions visits)
Work with quality assurance of components and products and assist with inspection of goods
Initiate and attend yearly supplier meetings. Prepare meetings beforehand with reporting and analyses. Be part of the negotiation process with suppliers
Coordinate communication with suppliers

PURCHASE POS MATERIAL
Operate purchases of L:a Bruket’s POSm. Determine quantity and timing.
Be part of the sourcing process of any new POSm (support with calculations, price targets, L:a Bruket requested conditions)
Work with quality assurance of POSm and assist with inspection of goods

ARTWORK
Coordinate all artworks of labels, tubes, boxes, product leaflets internally and towards graphic designer

ASSORTMENT
Have a holistic overview of L:a Bruket range
Be a part of the certification process of products (Cosmos standards).
Article management in ERP system
Continuously inform internally about additions, deletions and changes to assortments and products

Profile
Master level education with specialization in purchase production management
3/5+ years confirmed experience in the appropriate field, in a fast-growth environment, ideally in beauty, and or premium consumer goods
Fluent English language skills are essentials
Strong working ability of data analysis and performance metrics, putting in place and using reporting tools
Office 365 literate
Self-confidence in taking initiatives with the necessary creativity in anticipating scenarios
Go the extra-mile and contribute to the company’s performance

Visual Merchandiser

Contract: Freelance
From: April 2022
Location: London

THE POSITION
L:a Bruket is looking for a freelance visual merchandiser to work on a variety of retail projects based in their satellite studio in London. The role will provide a great opportunity for someone to work on a high frequency of high-profile projects with a growing international team. Working closely with the interior architect and creative director you will structure VM guidelines for a global network of retailers, while developing a variety of brand store, pop-up and shop-in-shop projects, from concept to completion.
Initially the role will involve working four days per week using the satellite studio as a base, with some flexibility to work remotely or from our Swedish west coast and Parisian offices.
THE APPLICANTS SHOULD:
• ideally have two years' relevant experience, ideally within the beauty sector, or MA level qualifications
• ideally have some experience or a background in architecture, spatial or retail design
• have excellent design and presentation skills with an eye for texture, colour and detail
• have a good understanding of contemporary design, art and culture
• have an aptitude for both hands-on and digital design methods
• be comfortable moving between sketches, planograms and mock-ups to visualisation software/Adobe Suite to final prototypes
• be willing to work autonomously
• be fluent in English
